This is a whopping great STRONG perfume so just go with the flow. When I first tried it years ago it was too much, but I recently got a Parfum sample and I just love it - I am now old enough to wear it! It is not for ingenues, trust me. This is truly a perfume for grown women. Sweet but very deep and mysterious, and it just gets better the longer it's on the skin, for me anyway.
