Late as ever, and in the minority, what a surprise! I never tire of reading about vintage scents and related topics! I do so tire of reading about spring florals, unless they are darkly vintage. I just do spring scents as defaults, and this Spring I plan to try to push the envelope and try to do rich intense springlike scents! But I love being surprised, so I promise I'll tune in. V curious about Stoned, if I'm not too late to enter! And I like Flora's topic about new star niche perfumers.............

Thank you all for your feedback! Looks like spring florals win, so I'll be doing several posts on that. I'll be mulling over your other awesome ideas as well. :)

Please enter me in the drawing! I wanna get "Stoned." :-D

Spring floral: Caron's Muguet de Bonheur
Vintage: A discontinued Patou or Caron? Or perhaps a Molinard?
Specific scent: Absolu de Rochas
New release: So many! - how about a Men's fragrance such as Zegno Intenso or Kiton Black? I am curious about those lesser-known Italian designer scents.
Other topic: Who will be the next big "star" niche perfumer of a comparable magnitude to Serge Lutens or Jean Laporte?

People want to see another spring floral review?!? (Sorry, I can get grumpy about spring.) It seems to me that there has been entirely enough spring scent bloggery, so in an unwarranted fit of obstinacy, I will suggest reviews of the utterly seasonally inappropriate Ginestet scents. But then, just to pacify all you rabid lovers of mud, bad weather and chilly blossoms, I will suggest vintage Chant D'Arome for the second category (it may smell "fresh", but at least there's no LotV in there.) My specific scent nomination is Keiko Mecheri's Gourmandises, a lovely Yann Vasnier scent stranded in the KM line. I'd love to know what you think of it, Ina. New release - hmmm, have you written on Anne Pliska yet? And I'd love another Needle in a Haystack.

spring florals please, I'm already planning to wear Paris Roses des Bois tomorrow, and it's rainy and bleak here.

I'd love to be entered in your drawing also, thanks for having it!

Love to see more on vintage and underappreciated classics. I won't be specific as I don't know what you have hidden in your stash, but i have a new and profound weakness for chypres. And sure, put my name in the hat for Stoned, even if I can barely remember when the name last described me.

A spring floral would be perfect for me, because I've yet to find a good "spring" scent. I have all the other seasons, laugh.
Please enter me into the drawing!

I'd like to see a review of Profumum's Fumidus because, well, because it's bizarre. I'm interested to know if everyone in the world thinks it's an evil, toxic smoke scent or if anyone enjoys it...

I had a funny experience with it last time I tried it. It was an evil smoke scent, very harsh, but only for a little while. Then it resembled my lovely Bandit! A similar sour-ish/juicy green/leather/hay scent, quite delicious, only darker and denser and more masculine than Bandit.

And I'd love to be in the drawing.

I am also comment #12, but I wanted to add that I have been dying for a review of the Badgley Mischka scent. I ADORE it, but I am looking for a real breakdown of its components. It could be your spring floral?

spring floral - perhaps compare and contrast La Chasse aux Papillons with La Chasse Extreme?

vintage - I'd love to see more on vintage perfumes but don't have any to recommend since I need to learn more.

choice - Mona di Orio Lux or Carnation ( I see you've reviewed her other two scents)

new release - those Tom Ford things when they come out

topic - Something focusing on a specific perfumery component, such as amber or musk, and examples of perfumes showing different aspects of the component.

And please include me in the drawing. Thanks!
