With my Christmas bonus I plan to get some new frags such as Tauer L’Air du Desert Marocain & SL A La Nuit, both of which I have been pining for, but it’s always the hard-to get ones that intrigue me…. I do believe that all perfumistas feel that way.

Ina, I hope you feel better soon! Been under the wheather here myself. Not so much lemmings, but I am really digging pure parfums again. Must be the cold weather. Wearing more parfum extraits and my vintages. Today I am wearing Bois de Illes and am loving it. I am sure once I run of my Farnesiana sample though, I will have to get some more!

Feel better! I am a bit under the weather myself.

Mine are only vintages: Djedi, Ivoire. I also desperately want to try the new limited edition Milade (made for the Russian Millionaire fair). And I want a huge bottle of Virgin No 1 from Le Parfum coffret–7.5ml is not enough.

These are my favorite kinds of lists to make.

Bois des Iles parfum (.5 oz bottle)
Frederic Malle Musc Ravageur oil (and lotion too, why not?)
Bond no. 9 West Side (decant)
Yosh U4EAHH! (bottle–even though it’s a bit chilly for it now)
Stella body milk or cream (I crave more body creams in the winter…just bought another jar of POTL cream this week).

I am waiting, patiently I might add, for my Les Nez samples to arrive.

If I ever get over to Barneys, I would like to test Fumerie Turque again and some of the FMs you mentioned last week, like MR and UFdeC.

Otherwise, I’m pretty good this week (crossing fingers).

Oh, and you definitely have to get that Shalimar parfum, Ina. It is, in a word, magnificent!
